  • Each container can be rented daily or weekly.

Terms and Conditions
Customer acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of the containers owned by Clay Stambaugh Refuse Service, Inc. and accepts all responsibilities and liabilities for the use, storage and/or loss of container(s) and its contents; THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS CLAY STAMBAUGH REFUSE SERVICE, INC. FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF CUSTOMER’S USE, OPERATION OR POSSESSION OF THE CONTAINERS FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. Clay Stambaugh Refuse Service, Inc. is not held accountable for any damage due to the loading or unloading of containers. The Customer is also responsible for permits needed for placement of container(s) and any fines/citations that may arise. The customer also accepts all responsibilities for any fines/citations for overweight or contaminated materials. Once the can is delivered, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions expressed by Clay Stambaugh Refuse Service, Inc.
