How big are the containers? How much do they hold?
Our 20 cubic yard containers are 22' long x 8' wide x 3.5' high and hold the equivalent of about 6 full-sized pick-up truck loads. These containers are subject to a weight limit.* Our 30 cubic yard containers are 22' long x 8' wide x 6' high and hold the equivalent of about 9 full-sized pick-up truck loads. These containers are subject to a weight limit.*

PLEASE DO NOT LOAD ABOVE THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER.

*A fee applies for exceeding the tonnage limit. Under federal law, trucks that we operate are subject to weight restrictions. Please let our staff know what type of material you are disposing of. This allows us to select the proper equipment for the job.

What items CAN and CANNOT be put in the container?
Almost anything can be put in our containers, but there is a list of things that CANNOT be put in our containers:

Tires, Asbestos, Haz-Mats, Car Batteries, Medical Waste, Gas or Propane Tanks and Bottles, Chemicals, White Goods, Creosote, and Freon Devices (stoves, refrigerators, washers, air conditioners)

For Concrete, Dirt, or Asphalt only the 20 cubic yard containers are available because of the weight restriction. For Brush and Metal, both 20 cubic yard and 30 cubic yard containers are available. If you are hauling one of these items exclusively, do not contaminate! We can dispose of them in a special dump.

If you have any questions about what you are putting in the container, our staff is ready to answer your questions. Just call 410-661-7920.

Are there charges for exceeding the weight limit?
There is a per-ton dumping fee for any weight over the allotted tonnage. When you rent a container, you agree to pay any overweight charges that are incurred.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or check at the time of delivery, or you may pre-pay with VISA or Mastercard. If paying by cash or check, you must be on location the time of delivery (unless you make special arrangements). If you pre-pay, you do not have to be on location, but let our staff know where the container needs to be placed. When all containers have been delivered, we do require a signed ticket.
Can the container cause any damage to property?
Roll-off containers can cause damage for any number of reasons. Containers weigh 3 tons and have steel wheels to "roll-off" our 16-ton trucks. In this process, they may scratch or scar concrete or asphalt and may tear-up your lawn. Placing a piece of plywood or a couple of 8-foot long 2"x6" planks will cut down on any damage.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF LOADING AND UNLOADING CONTAINERS.

When ordering, please let our staff know where to place the container. They will also address any other concerns.

*see the Terms and Conditions on the Services page

Due to weather condtions (rain/snow), we may not be able to pick-up until conditions warrant. We respect your property and would not risk any damage.

What type of approval or permits are required to have a container?
Please contact your local government to find out if it is required to have a parking permit or license to put the container on the street. We assume that the customer adheres to all ordinances before we place the container. All citations/fines are the responsibility of the customer. Baltimore City residents are required to have a parking permit to place a container on the street. The containers are required to be in front of the property that the permit pertains to. The customer can obtain a permit at 200 N. Holiday Street/ Baltimore, MD 21202 across from City Hall. You may call 410-396-4508 for approval information.
